Yep, it's 100% free. There are no hidden fees and you don't have to give us any billing information.
An example of some requests are the following:

Bulk requests are not considered 1 request. If you send a list of many edits that need done, we'll go through each request one by one. Keep in mind that not each request in a bulk list will take 3+ days. Sometimes many items will be completed in a day. Larger items, like building a page for example, will take longer.
You can make as many as you like! Please keep in mind that requests made during a 1 week trial can take up to 3+ days to complete.
